OCSM is a sports consulting agency that helps place International Students into the American College System. In August, we are launching our first academy, bringing athletes from across the globe to Lancaster, PA. Miles Harriger was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. Went to Hempfield HS, then graduated and played soccer at Shippensburg University. As a senior captain Miles led his team to their first conference championship since 1975. Miles worked in Baltimore for a decade at a handful of start ups and then got the opportunity to co-launch Oliver Charles Sports Management in Lancaster, PA A native of Halifax, England, Oliver first came to the states as an international student at Shippensburg University in 2010, competing on the same conference winning team as Oliver Charles Sports COO, Miles Harriger. Previously a full-time soccer player for Huddersfield Town, Oliver took his experience in sport and his understanding of the college recruitment process to start Oliver Charles Sports Management in 2015 helping student athletes achieve their goal of competing at the college and professional level.
