Bench Mark Program

Will Kiefer is a startup founder and business executive whose focus is on developing latent talent in people, organizations, and communities.

A graduate of Franklin and Marshall Collge (2014), Will has exclusively focused his energy and attention on the effectiveness of Bench Mark Program, an award-winning non profit organzation that serves over 200 young people each yearr and operates on an annual budget of over $800K. Since launching the program as a personal project in college, Will and his team have raised over $5.5 M in charitable funding from individuals, foundations, and government contracts. In 2023, Will's capital campaign fundraising efforts resulted in over $650K raised in a single year, which funded the relocation of the organzation to its new headquartes in Lancaster CIty. Will is proudest of the unique culture that exists at Bench Mark, one where students within the program can secure part-time and full-time employmnet as program leaders, truly allowing Bench Mark to mulitply its impact. Will currently leads a team of 22 individuals and reports to a 13-member board of directors. 

When not working on Bench Mark, Will and his wife enjoy investing in real estate and traveling. They have a teenage son and regularly spend time with family and friends.
