Bub, who is Director of Development for the UPMC PInnacle Foundation in Lititz, has made a career in relationship building for over 33 years and has specifically worked in outreach and philanthropy for over 22 years. A native of Lewistown, PA he moved to Lititz in 2019. Bub is driven to improve the quality of life in the area and is focused on helping UPMC Lititz and the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation make an impact with its patients, physicians and within the community. He started his tenure with the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation in October 2023 and is focused on managing annual and major giving campaigns in Lancasterr and Lebanon Counties, as well as planned giving efforts of the UPMC Pinnacle system. Prior to his time with UPMC, he worked for Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine for 15 years in the University Development and Alumni Relations Office.Bub is a 1991 graduate of JUniata College and after short stops at Lafayette College and Ithaca College, he made his way back to Juniata College and served in different roles for 12 years, including working s the Director of Alumni Relations for three and a half years. OUtside of work, Bub enjoys spending time with his wife Becy and children Tristin and Catherine; hanging out with family and friends; playing golf and bsketball; exercising; vacationing at the beach; working in the yard;gardening; baking;dancing; music; and sampling bourbon.

Kelsie is beginning her 7th year of teaching elementary art  at Manheim Township School District. She founded an annual Earth Day festival called "Earth 2 E-town" in 2020 which hosted community events in Elizabethtown from 2021 to 2023.This organization is now joining Manheim Township School District and the Manheim Township Parks and Recreational Department to creat a new festival by the name of "MT Earth Fest." This event is planned to be hosted at Overlook Park on April 26, 2025 and will include live entertainment, environmental information tables, good trucks, an earth-centered makers market, kids activities and presentations, a community clean up, raffles and more!

Dr. Jared Nissley,

Penn Medicine, Lancaster General Health Street Medicine Program

The Street Medicine Program engages with unsheltered individuals who may be hesitant to pursue traditional medical care in an effory to prevent adverse health outcomes and ultimately improve overall health and well-being.  Te team includes medical residents, attending physicians and others, and rounds on foot twice monthly at downtown Lancastetr locations where potential patients minght gather.

 

Dr. Nissley is a native of Lancaster. He is a graduate of Eastern University, the Penn State College of Medicine, and the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. He loves family medicine because of how it is oriented toward helping patients achieve overall health. Dr. Nissley's medical interests include HIV care, addiction, and improving health care access for the uninsured and underinsured. Since completion of residency he has worked as core faculty at the Penn Medicine Lancaster General where he enjoys teaching and learning alongside the ever talented and inspiring residents. His clinical duties include outpatient family medicine and oversight of the family medicine inpatient service. Since 2023, he has served as medical director of the Lancaster General Street Medicine practice, taking clinical care to shelters, soup kitchens, parks and community centers across Lancaster County. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching baseball, gardening, and exploring Lancaster’s restaurants.
